What's the Holdup?

Okay. We need to combine THIS level of game character realism:

with THIS level of environmental graphics:

(Project CARS - Slightly Mad Studios, 2014)

(Aeon ENB mods for Skyrim, Lucid APs, Bethesda Softworks, 2012-2014) 

and THIS level of realistic physics:

(Lagoa Technologies Inc., 2010)

Surely out there in the world is a studio interested in hiring the folks responsible for this - and thus becoming the richest bastards on the planet overnight.

It's not too much to ask, really, now is it?
